The Bylaws/Policies & Procedures Committee is responsible for collecting and presenting proposed bylaws and policies & procedures to the WSRT membership in accordance with current WSRT bylaws.
This committee consists of the Chairperson (appointed by the President) and 3 committee members as appointed by the Chairperson.
The Chairperson will serve one year commencing the conclusion of the WSRT Annual Conference.
Committee members report directly to the Chairperson. They shall participate in reviewing and revising bylaws and policies & procedures manual, aid in preparing preliminary bylaws review for Spring Board meeting for Board approval, and participate in defending any changes at the Annual Business Meeting if needed.
