All board members are for the 2015-2016 term
Ashleigh graduated from Laramie County Community College in 2005 and went on to complete her CT registry and Bachelor’s degree. She worked as a staff technologist until 2013 when she took a position at LCCC as the Radiography Clinical Coordinator/Instructor. Ashleigh brings her experience as a technologist and educator to the board. She served as Vice President, President-Elect, and is currently serving as President.
Presidential goals: Work on getting the bylaws and policy/procedures on a review schedule. Explore ideas to increase interest from technologists around the state. Continue to explore relationships with surrounding societies. Continue to support efforts to update website, and streamline membership processes.
Jerry graduated from Laramie County Community College in 2007. He is currently employed as the Assistant Director at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wy. He has served previously on the WSRT board as Vice President, President-Elect, and President.
Billy graduated from Laramie County Community College in 2007. He is currently employed as a staff radiologic technologist at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center at in Cheyenne, Wy. He has served previously on the WSRT board as Vice President and President. He also held the position as ASRT Radiography Chapter Vice Chair and Chair.
Carolyn is a 2nd year Radiology student at LCCC. She comes with a background in graphic design and photography, making her a great candidate for Cathode Editor and Webmaster positions. If you have suggestions for the website or cathode, or would like to submit content, she’s the one to contact.
Carolyn’s goals for the WSRT are to boost membership and bring members together through a user-friendly website, active blog, and content rich cathode. She also would like to reduce spending by encouraging more members to subscribe to the online cathode (e-newsletter).
Teri graduated from the LCCC Radiography program in 2002 and has worked as a technologist at Cheyenne Radiology Group ever since. She has also been a member of both the WSRT and ASRT since she was a student. In 2015 she had the honor of receiving the Escobedo Award of Excellence and was awarded a lifetime membership. She has served the WSRT as Vice President, President-Elect, President, and Past President.
Teri is also serving her 2nd term on the Wyoming State Board of Radiologic Technologist Examiners and now is the WBRTE representative for the WSRT. With her vast board experience, commitment and dedication to professional organizations, she is a vital asset to the WSRT.
